The facilities
The students will have their own kitchen and bathroom. On the ground floor the occupants will have access to a gym, study rooms, communal lounges along with ample storage, cycle store and recycling centre. The building has two stair cores and two lifts for full accessibility.
the hospitality unit
We have a vacant unit next door that we hope to find an occupier to run as a hospitality unit serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between
